Shinest Group is a brainchild of Md. Ali Azim khan. His excellent leadership and active guidance as the Managing Director helped the company grow rapidly and earn enormous reputation in the industry by establishing 15 sister concern units having about 16000 employees. He was awarded as a CIP by the Bangladesh Government a number of times for his significant contribution in the RMG export industry. He was an active member and Director of BGMEA. He was the Director and Chairman of the Executive Committee of Meghna Bank Ltd. He also established a number of social and welfare organizations, schools, mosques etc with his own funding and was regularly involved in numerous charity programs throughout his life. His contribution was remarkable to eliminate poverty and create a balanced society for our country.
